IPNZ Ltd will provide a loan pump to all clients if they have a pump that requires technical assistance. Loan pumps are available 24/7 in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Nelson and Christchurch. Outside these centres it is likely to be a next business day courier.
DANA pumps are sold in more than 50 countries worldwide, and if you require support whilst travelling abroad a similar service to that offered within NZ will be provided by the nearest DANA distributor.
All IPNZ online products are sold as sealed boxes of pump consumables. For this reason we cannot accept any incorrectly ordered consumables back for a credit. Please ensure that all online orders are for the right product. Any fault or defect in the consumables must be immediately reported to IPNZ - an incident report is then generated and sent to the manufacturer for reference and evaluation.
